Tournaments and prize payouts
Check the rules of the tournament you want to enter. This page explains the general process, not the terms of a particular event.
Before you join
The Bangladesh edition is for users aged 18 or older. Cash-prize registration asks you to confirm the minimum age shown, that you have an account for a supported payout method, and that you accept the tournament rules. These declarations are recorded for that registration. They are not identity-document verification.
Participation in the cash-prize format described here is free: no purchase, entry fee, deposit, stake, wager or other payment is required. Tournaments are skill-based; prizes are funded by the organizer, not by players. Read the event's eligibility conditions before registering.
The tournament rules
Each tournament has its own assigned rules. Review the format, registration and playing deadlines, scoring, prize eligibility, currency, total prize pool, awards, ties, rounding and what happens if there is no eligible winner. Do not assume every tournament offers a cash prize or the same amount.
The current tournament format uses round-robin matches and a final ranking. The rules shown in the app explain match clocks, forfeits and inactivity. Prize amounts and distribution are taken from that tournament's configuration; this website does not promise a fixed amount or recurring schedule.
After the results
If you are awarded a prize, it appears in the app's prize area. The app can send a winner notification. Open the prize details to see the amount and provide the requested recipient information. If notifications are unavailable, check your prizes in the app.
Choose one of the payout methods offered for that tournament. Currently supported wallets are bKash and Rocket. Enter your first name, last name, selected wallet provider and wallet number separately. The names must match the recipient details registered with the receiving wallet and Remitly. Incorrect details can delay or prevent payment. Do not send a wallet PIN, password or one-time code.
Processing your payout
The administrator currently processes prizes manually through Remitly. bKash and Rocket have both been verified through successful real transfers; this does not guarantee that every attempted transfer will succeed. Saving your account details does not itself send money. The app displays progress and, when available, transfer information or an explanation of a problem. No fixed transfer completion time is promised on this page.

- The administrator has recorded a transfer provider and reference. This is not the same as confirmed receipt.
- Completed
- The administrator has marked delivery as completed.
- Action required
- Read the issue message, correct your payout details when requested, or contact support.
- Cancelled
- The payout has been cancelled. Check the available explanation or contact support.
The app may remind you about missing or incorrect payout details when you open or return to it. You can submit a support ticket from the payout screen and view replies there. A support reply does not by itself confirm that money has arrived.
Recipient details are retained while a payout is active and for up to 180 days after Completed or Cancelled, subject to unresolved disputes or legal holds. Minimized payment and audit records are retained for five calendar years from the same terminal-status date. See the effective Bangladesh Privacy Policy for deletion timing and exceptions.
