Terms of Service — Bangladesh
Scope and operator
These terms concern Gridline Soccer Bangladesh (Android package piotr_gorczynski.soccer2.bd), provided by Piotr Górczyński, the organizer based in Poland. Contact support@piotr-gorczynski.com. They cover use of the Bangladesh edition; each tournament also has its own rules presented before registration.
Age and eligibility
The Bangladesh edition is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must meet the eligibility requirements stated for any tournament you enter and provide truthful confirmations. Availability through Google Play does not by itself establish tournament eligibility.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or use offensive, discriminatory, threatening or misleading nicknames. Avoid putting your full name, email address or other personal information in a public nickname.
Your account is shared with the Global edition. Deleting the shared account affects access to both editions. To use Bangladesh on a device that also has Global installed, uninstall Global; you do not need to delete your account to change editions.
Tournaments
Read and accept the assigned tournament rules before joining. Those rules specify the event's eligibility, gameplay, deadlines, scoring and prize distribution. Tournaments are skill-based, with results determined by gameplay and the assigned rules. Cash-prize entry is free, without a purchase, entry fee, deposit, stake, wager or payment from players. This page does not guarantee a tournament schedule or prize amount.
Follow the game rules and do not cheat, exploit defects or interfere with other players. Match clocks and the event's rules determine the consequences of leaving a match, disconnecting or remaining inactive.
Prizes
A prize depends on the final result and the event's prize rules. Prizes are organizer-funded, not funded by players. Supported mobile-money payout channels are bKash and Rocket. Winners must provide a first name, last name, selected wallet provider and wallet number. These details must correspond to the receiving wallet and Remitly recipient details; incorrect information can delay or prevent payment. Payouts are currently processed manually through Remitly and may require correction of recipient details. Check the app for progress and issue messages; contact support if something is wrong.
We do not promise instant payment or a fixed processing time in these general terms. The tournament's published rules describe its prize conditions. See the payout guide for the meaning of payment statuses.
Taxes
Prize amounts shown in the tournament rules and in the app are gross prize amounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unless a tax deduction is expressly shown in the payout details, the Organizer currently pays prizes without deducting Bangladesh income tax from the prize amount.
Participants are responsible for determining, declaring and paying any taxes that apply to prizes they receive under the laws applicable to them.
Bangladesh tax law currently provides for taxation of winnings from online games and may require tax to be paid directly by the recipient where tax has not been deducted at source. Participants should seek their own tax advice if they are unsure about their obligations.
The Organizer may deduct, withhold, report or remit tax from a prize where required by applicable law or by a competent tax authority. Any such deduction will be reflected in the amount payable to the winner where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or transfers any tax withholding, reporting or payment obligation that applicable law imposes directly on the Organizer.
Privacy and support

Account deletion affects both editions but does not immediately erase all associated records. Private recipient details follow the up-to-180-day period after Completed or Cancelled; minimized payment/audit records follow the five-calendar-year period from the same date. Unresolved disputes or legal obligations may extend retention, as explained in the effective Privacy Policy.
Document versions
Version BD-terms-2026-10-14 applies to your use of the Bangladesh edition when you explicitly accept it in the app. It does not change the Terms for the Global edition. The rules assigned to each tournament also apply when you join that tournament.
