Introduction

This policy describes how the Soccer mobile application (the "Service") collects and uses information. The app displays advertising using Google AdMob and offers sign-in via Firebase Authentication (email, Gmail, Facebook and other providers).

Information We Collect

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and a nickname. If you choose to sign in with Gmail, Facebook or another provider, we may receive basic profile information such as your name and profile picture from that provider.

We store your game statistics, tournament participation and presence status (online/offline) in Firebase Firestore and Realtime Database. The app also saves a Firebase Cloud Messaging token on your device and in Firestore to deliver push notifications.

We also collect analytical data and breadcrumbs (non-sensitive navigation events) for analysis purposes in order to improve user experience and eliminate bugs. This includes tracking user interactions, app usage patterns, authentication flows, and tournament participation to help us identify and fix issues. We do not collect the content of messages or sensitive personal information in these analytics events.

Additionally, the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase (GA4) and Firebase Crashlytics. GA4 helps us understand how users engage with the app, while Crashlytics collects crash reports and diagnostic data (such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash details) to help us improve stability and fix problems. These services are provided by Google LLC in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

How We Use Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, show leaderboards, enable multiplayer matches and send you notifications. Your data also helps us detect abuse and keep the Service secure.

We use analytical data and breadcrumbs to analyze user behavior, improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance the overall user experience. This data helps us understand how users interact with the app and identify areas for improvement.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device information (such as your advertising ID) to serve ads. You can choose whether ads are personalized based on your consent and device settings. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

We rely on Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging, Analytics and Crashlytics) provided by Google LLC. Authentication providers (e.g. Google or Facebook) may process your data according to their own privacy policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the services listed above to operate the application.

Your Choices

You may update or delete your account information by contacting us. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings (for example, by resetting or removing the advertising ID on Android). For analytics, you may also disable tracking in your device settings.

Account Deletion

The app includes a built-in option to permanently remove your account. Open the account screen in the application, tap Remove Account, and follow the prompts to confirm deletion. This process will erase your account data from our systems.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can take action.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Please review it periodically.
